There are many things that can be learned because of the good team management and very nice manager which gives a good atmosphere to work in.
Cons
No downsides what I found .. I just left to get a better growth in my career for pursuing my higher studies.

I have been working with this company for a considerable period of time and I should admit that this is one of the most employee oriented company that I ever came across. Wonderful work environment. Our peers are readily available to help others and give valuable feedback. There is no dearth of learning for a person who is desirous to learn new things. Management gives us ample opportunities to broaden our horizons. In simple terms, the best Software firm to make a career for life in the software industry.
