More work and unrealistic goals daily that are unsustainable. ***Unable to see the value in hiring more support staff, even when the department has grown double in size in the past 2 years. Consistent belittling and disrespect of current support staff and middle management from the Executives. No foresight to taking care of employees that are in constant travel situations, due to overwork and last minute changes. ***No after hour support for travelers. Ridiculous expense reporting policies that are out of date. ***inability to let employees book their own travel arrangements. Limited access to database management for project management concerns. To many last minute travel requests and disregard for personal life of employees. Feel undervalued and played like a fiddle for the sake of the companies bottom line.
