      Co-workers...they're in the same mess as you

      Cons

      Scheduler and lomg time friend of the boss shooting ideas down saying they wont work just to introduce them as his own as he thinks he knows best, what a joke. Bigger joke is management knowing this and fully supporting this way of going

      Well Salary is on time.

      Cons

      The company does not follow any policies abiding by the Maharashtra labor law. Which means no Bonus, no Paid Leaves until one completes 1 year in the organization, no Overtime or Extra pay, no Compensatory off or Double pay on national holidays. The company policies are not explained to a new joiner.
