RecommendsNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Multiplex full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good salary and benefits Flat structure Great people to work side by side with Excellent team ethos Huge opportunity to impact the how the business operates
Cons
View of HR appears to have gone downhill. HR no longer has a seat at the leadership table. Sadly they’ll lose key HR talent and not be able to attract excellent HR leadership. No exceptional senior HR talent would join an organisation that doesn’t include HR in the core leadership team. Which is sad as it had started to do great things. Appears it’s now going backwards.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Multiplex full-time for more than a year
Pros
Salary and benefits. End of the working day.
Cons
Their belief that the Aussie way is the only way in the UK market place. Too many children holding senior / influential positions. Experience & knowledge not valued. Face fits culture prevails. Blind belief that technology trumps all. Don't have builders anymore.
