Absolutely awful!!!!! Would not reccomend this job to anyone!! I was there for a year almost and it was the worst year of my life. Extremely POOR management. Nobody listens to your views or concerns if you aren't senior enough. Bullying, intimidating, sooo u professional. No business manager for 3 months due to "bereavement" and I had to look after the counter on my own. Not enough management as I only had a director and account co ordinator who weren't much help at all. Comission structure is rubbish too. Very high staff turnover considering that counter has only been there for a year.

The product and opportunities given in employment to people with no idea what they are doing, therefore great for cv building

Cons

Disorganised, directors taking on too many roles at once and spreading themselves thinly, awful wages and not evenly distributed on al levels, makes changes to way of working all the time so lack of consistency, field staff come and go like the weather due to not have benefits that other companies offer. I could go on for ever...

if you get in the wrong team your work life balance is going to be horrible. this company has no regards with employee's workplace ways of working. borderline criminal conduct on pay and dismissal. no adequate support to work efficiently or effectively. false promises all around no career growth or job security being treated unprofessionally constantly toxic culture from senior management team too much hierarchy for a company of this size disconnect from senior to lower level employees
