      Pros

      Remote work. Product is easy to understand

      Cons

      Competitve market. Lost significant market share to competitors & didn't innovate quickly enough to stay ahead. Weak leadership. Not good at leading people and constantly changed strategy. Leadership was inexperienced, especially within sales. A lot of middle managers who didn't seem to justify their positions.

      Fantastic loyal customers A product that makes you feel happy when you use it. Some fantastic people.

      Naval gazing leadership Toxic people in positions of influence Fear stands in the way of innovation Silos and lack of individual autonomy Lack of vision translates to slow or non-existent roadmap No or limited new features or customer value No ecosystem or community to engage with - impossible to show love for the company or product

      MURAL is nothing short of unstoppable. The company is on an incredible growth trajectory created from an incredible product, and more than that ....unbelievable people. I absolutely love working for MURAL and proud to be a part of this time adding value. Whilst targets in sales are high..they are achievable with passion, belief and hard work. Not to mention a support system and customer success team that delight our customers. MURALS values are not just marketing speak. We live and breathe them and adopt them on a daily basis. It was an incredible decision to join and the best career move I've made so far. Thank you MURAL team.

      With every company in high growth there are challenges. However we overcome them and make them better so no real cons from my perspective.
