      Colleagues are great, really nice, friendly and skilled. Tech stack is amazing, probably the best you can work with in Italy. If you like music it is a cool place to work at. I am really sorry I had to quit the job, but if you'll read the cons you will understand why...

      The CEO is the most prepotent and arrogant person you will ever meet in a company. He has no respect for anybody. He keeps shouting at everyone all the time. He talks all the time about team spirit and culture, but he himself is really narcissistic, selfish and individualistic. Whenever he needs something, you become his best friend. One second after, you are garbage. Talking to him is completely useless because he manipulates you and he turns the cards on the table however he likes. When you meet him the first time he's really nice with you, but things changes after the first months. So, I would recommend to talk to former employees, and if you accept a job offer be prepared to face this person.

      Watch out for CEO

      Cutting-edge tech stack. Nice office. International environment. You can work remote sometimes.

      The CEO of this company is the worst kind of person you'll ever meet in life. Trying to reason with him is impossible. He has a particular ability to distort reality, to put words in your mouth, to force you to say or do things you don't want to. He's fake and manipulative. He pretends that you are in democracy and you can discuss with him, but as soon as you open your mouth he starts shouting at you. He doesn't know anything about music, lyrics or computer science. He has the English skills of a third grade kid. But he's always right, in any discussion. Or at least, according to him. You have no right to say anything. Period. His narcissism goes beyond every imaginable limit. But reality is that this company makes relatively modest revenues and it's not that relevant on a global level. Workload is huge and salaries are low. Therefore his expectations should be slightly adjusted. Keep in mind that, whenever you'll have issues with this person, nobody is going to defend you. You will be alone against him. Do you want to feel used? Do you want to feel scared? Do you want to feel thrown away like a piece of trash? Do you want to be left with a scar that is going to last in time? Well. Then, this is the place for you. Sad thing is that working there would be great without that person around. To everyone apply for a job at this company: reach former employees and ask around. If you still decide to apply, advice is to quit after the first time CEO gives you problems. Eventually you will give up anyway.

      People, but everybody is leaving so no pros

      The biggest challenge of the year for Musixmatch was attending a mountain bike marathon (as said on the Musixmatch twitter account). No interest in the product Toxic environment Fake 5 stars reviews

It is unfortunate that your time with us was not as we would have hoped, and we are saddened that you do not believe in our product. We are currently a team of 42 employees, and we are growing, refining procedures, and working together to form a healthy work environment. We believe that sport is a great team development exercise, and also to having a healthy work-life balance. Thus, we encourage sport activities as much as possible, and this is why we invested in personal trainers for yoga and running, for all our staff to enjoy as a benefit and take leisure in. We also have great sport enthusiasts and athletes who are part of our company, and this is something we are proud of. All our staff believe in our product, brand and company culture, which inhibits many factors, from innovation, openness, physical activity, team work, and healthy competition.
