Good company for varied process projects

Pros
Great for working with various industries, say brewery, distillery, food and pharma. Plenty of experience doing office design work, contract management or getting on to site for installations / commissioning
Cons
With it being an SME you get exposed to an array of tasks that in a larger organisation would be completed by different engineers. Great learning but tough having to understand the variety.

Now a big company and have got rid of an awful lot of the older staff who were the heart of the company
