Well when you join things would look great but here are the red flags: The Management mostly consists of first time entrepreneur and with zero industry experience, and their expectations from you will be unrealistic and unreasonable. There is zero allowance for night shifts, you will be working on the weekends as well. Product is not a market fit, roles are not defined, a bunch of freshers and first timers trying to build something for an experienced folks that's the last place you want to be. Management dosnt care about your recommendations, micro management is the DNA of the organization. Engineers are hired to teach and not to do real time work, however JD's suggest otherwise. Termination policies are solely dependent on the mood of the management, there is no notice period. Two of their other businesses flopped, TECH I.S. is the third one and with every pivot the entire workforce gets fired. No medical allowance for yourself and family. No Work From Home. CEO is not the decision maker. Think twice before you make a decision, I did and I left for good.
