Pros

Great idea, Consistent vision but was her hubris. Blinded. The exchange of a high salary with culture. Hired too many people, left with great friends. Parking was great - no issue whatsoever. Tram 109 runs every 10 mins. Access is easy.

Cons

Learn to walk before you can run. Ambition and ego killed this business, not the people. CEO personally and individually screened and hired the best people at the time, yet failed to see their value by never listening to them. Too much ownership on the day-to-day. Erratic; we aligned to your new objective, yet 2wks later goalposts shift not just a little bit, like 2km to the right. Your long-term foresight blinded the basics. You had the chance to run, but over-promised too much, to too many people, too soon.

All negative reviews here are true. Teams are not empowered. Every employee is frustrated and management has ZERO interest in employees' opinions. People promoted to lead positions after team leads were fired. These people neither have leadership skills nor passion to deliver. Micromanaging and snoopy management. CEO gets flak but other top execs are useless too. Big mouths. No ears. No empathy for employees personal lives or issues. Negative and toxic place.

Great team members (past tense) there aren't many left! They've either clued on to this con job or were arbitrarily let go. Mass redundancy with 4 minutes notice, never to be contacted again.

Cons

Where does one start? Besides the CEO being a truly horrendous human without a shred of moral fibre, she is by far the most unprofessional person in business I have ever encountered. Her general lack of respect for staff is evident on a daily basis. Lies, manipulation, twisting of stories to place herself in a favourable light to staff, business partners and industry bodies are all part of the day to day dealings. A company cannot succeed in this kind of toxic environment. Broker beware, most of what you are being sold, it's nothing more than a glorified sales pitch from a dying company desperate not to call defeat. It's not far off. Having this company or any connection to the CEO on your CV is embarassing! Don't waste your talent, time and mental health.
