The Mya team feels more like a family than it does a workforce. The recruiting team has done an amazing job of hiring people who are passionate about their jobs, dedicated to the company, but also fun and laid back enough that it doesn't feel like work is all we do. Free lunches, regular happy hours and pool/ping-pong tables make the office a happy and fun place to be. The office dogs are wonderful and friendly, and the company puts people first which reflects in amazing product and work ethic from its employees.

Mya's onboarding process was one of the best experiences of my 18+ years in tech. Everyone is passionate, humble, and hard-working - and, Myans do a great job of working together across teams and time zones - considering our team is distributed around the world. Mya makes having fun together a priority, which makes the "working" part even more successful across the company. The leadership team is made up of proven leaders and I trust the decisions because of the success they've each had in their careers up to now.
