      Pros

      - The people I worked with day in and day out are the best I have ever worked with! I would describe the culture like a family. - Excellent management! A clear vision is known by all the members of the company who each have a voice that would be heard. - Great work life balance. - Very healthy working culture, progressive with staying fair and equal to any employee whoever they are! - They are big into making each employee better and fund training courses!

      Cons

      - Not many to think of, maybe since it is a fully remote role then this won't be for you if you are looking for an office environment.

      Dream team & empowering opportunities

      Pros

      Culture. People. Opportunities. Although I landed on a role as a recent graduate, the amount of responsibility & impact was beyond any expectations. Ever since day 1, everyone in the team was happy to jump on calls to provide context, help with any challenges, or simply bring a personal touch. The culture of Everyone a Coach, Every One a Player really translates in everyone up the CEO level truly listening to any ideas, or providing support at any stage. The trust and transparency were beyond expectations: as long as results are delivered, anyone is more than willing to accommodate any personal changes in plans, including flexible working hours depending on the circumstances. Extra perks: a generous budget for professional development; a paid-for monthly team lunch; additional work equipment if needed (or any resource, if required); an additional monthly Mental Health Day off due to Covid.

      Cons

      Depending on your personality, if you're looking for a culture of micromanagement, very defined roles and strictness, it may not be the place for you. Despite having clear goals and regular check-ups, or chance to discuss with anyone in the team, I never felt my hours (but rather my results) are counted. Given the start-up environment, taking initiative (on top of all the guidance provided) is expected. Depending on the role, you may need to vary the standard 9-5 day to discuss with team members around the world, but it was never a compulsory aspect, should anything come up.

      - Great startup culture with a focused team - Modern practices: use a lot of tech to help with everyone's roles and the team are always open to look at improving efficiency - High potential for both company and individuals, great opportunity for a growing team at an exciting stage for the company - Strong collaboration from the whole team, everyone gets voice heard on all areas of the business

      Cons

      - Proactive approach is required to maintain contact with wider team as this is a small startup across multiple locations.
