Management is constantly manufacturing a crisis to keep everyone working at 200%, it is almost inhumane how much they expect you to work. There is an agressive culture from facebook and I rarely find coworkers to be supportive to each other. I've noticed those that don't "fit in" or look like everyone else on their team get pushed out.

Honestly, nada. Remote first is great in 99% of cases. There are a few things you just don't get to know about your colleagues in a zoom first environment. The leadership is determined to do quarterly off-sites at discipline level and company off-sites yearly. As a barely 9 month company, best practices are still being developed. HR folks are well aware and looking into solutions.
