Poor place to work.

Pros

The only pro I can think of are the team mates. They’re good hard working people.

Cons

Overworked, no recognition, no promotions, no pay rise, just more work. Management is very poor. The director and line managers are clueless and have no class. Toxic culture. They care more about money than people’s health. In the company, the same people get promotions almost every year without offering anything whatsoever. The real hard workers constantly get over looked, it’s actually laughable how they’re treated. Company is full of racism (executives and management dominated by white skin colour says it all), favouritism and feminism (in certain departments).

Good team but horrible management

Pros

The team itself is very close-knit that talking to the team member they helpful. And I remember the interview process is very smooth and efficient I know they don't have bonuses but the compensation is good for me with the inclusion mindset.

Cons

It is terrible about this company doing well during COVID but laying off the people in both US and UK teams for restructuring while the new CEO increases the cost of luxury site visits between the US and the UK.

Navex doesnt practice what they preach

Name recognition in the industry Market leader in GRC SaaS Very impressive library of white papers and are very active in the “thought leadership space” which makes pitching and selling so much easier. Extremely well funded in solutions Indepth ongoing trainings Great people

Cons

Constant turnover If you are looking for a cosy and relaxing work environment, routine jobs and no stress you should look elsewhere. Leadership oblivious to problems Lack of upward mobility Quotas unattainable Lack of diversity in sales, best to be a white male. leadership team on the website - all white people The Sales org has retained leadership that perpetuates the "Boys Club " mentality. No localized approached Internal whistleblower are ignored
