      Solid benefits, meaningful mission, intelligent and thoughtful colleagues.

      Cons

      No flexibility regarding working from home. Departments are siloed. Salaries are low for most employees except for executives. HR politics. Opportunity for advancement is limited.

      Go in office three days a week. Even though ALL the meetings are virtual. No room for growth.
