Pros

Friendly colleagues. Some bosses are really people-oriented. People come from very different backgrounds. Flexible working Not much OT for some departments. Encourages continued learning. Provide training under NTUC LearningHub. Most people here have at least 1 certification.

Cons

High turnover which gets demoralizing at times. Supposed to be like a startup environment, but there are many legacy issues due to close working relationship with Fairprice Group and other long-standing social enterprises. So the pace can be slow for some departments. Bonus and increment wasn't fantastic. 3 months notice period

Pros

1. System, SOP, Procedure all in place which make me feel quite organize even thought the company work like start-up culture. 2. Colleague is friendly and helpful 3. Stability and business seem keep expanding 4. Superior is quite supportive. Learning and career growth opportunity is there.

Cons

1. Quite busy during peak period but i feel still manageable as long as not always at peak period. (based on project requirement)

1, work - life balance is very good. 2, head of data engineering technically is strong, and give clear project targets and list, good leadership. 3, various project in DE team is about google cloud ecosystem, very good chance to learn technical knowledge

Cons

1, overall working pace is slow due to cooperation across different teams.
