Overall a pretty great place to work

      Pros

I worked for NFU Mutual in their Glasgow office for over 10 years across a number of different roles; both in the Direct branch of the business and then for the regional service center. The employee benefits are good, there's a strong focus on working well within your teams and socialising, and most of the people who work there are great and supportive.

      Cons

Like most large businesses, NFU Mutual is controlled mostly by the Head Office requirements, that don't always take regional challenges and considerations into account - particularly regarding travel times and resulting targets and expectations.
