I worked at NIKE part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

good money - 1 hour lunch break - nice colleagues - pretty flexible with shift swaps - free uniform ( sports wear and trainers) - discount

    Cons

    hour lunch break is unpaid
staff were nice but most managers didn't help with customer service or anything else related to that. They would just refer them to myself or another sales assistant which I found rude, lazy and embarrassing.

    Advice to Management

Help the till staff and other shop floor staff when it becomes busy.
