    Negotiate and change contract hours with ease due to high turn over.
    Bonus if the team beats conversion

    Cons

    Not good if you are trying to progress through the company. Minimum 3 years as an athlete before you can become a head coach.
    A lot of favouritism from management.
    A lot of young people so work place is like a school playground.
