I worked at NIKE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you meet (made friends for life)
    Amazing discount (instore and online)
    Friends and Family vouchers
    Competitions
    Morning energisers

    Cons

    Low pay
    Hard to progress
Not very sociable hours (especially if you're in VM)
No enough praise or credit from management
Working with an awful Head Coach
    Targets and deadline set

    Advice to Management

My experience at Nike was hindered due to the temporary Head Coach not liking me, which made working there quite a challenge. I really enjoyed my job when I was promoted to VM but never received much feedback in return. I would have loved to have stay and grown further within the company but I was never given the opportunities and management never encouraged me too.

Also most all stores can figure out when OPR is coming up so they are preparing for you days - if not weeks in advance - so switch it up a bit and catch the store off guard and you might see how it really runs...!
