      Pros

      Great work life balance. Allows me to have a successful career whilst having a family. Open to ideas. Interesting and stretching work. Great supportive team.

      Cons

      Culture is in transition from a public sector to more commercial outlook which presents challenges. Not everyone is comfortable with change.
