Pros
They don't treat you like a number. Decent wage for lower-level security work. They pay you accurately and on time. The managers listen and are easy to talk to. The managers are not constantly breathing down your neck just hoping you make mistake. The clients are fairly decent and quite often extremely high profile.
Cons
Long shifts. Some staff let themselves and their colleagues down.

2 weekly pay, rotas in advanced and management are friendly and approachable.
Cons
Lots of subcontracts so job assignments can end over night.
