Pros

The people at the bottom of the chain were great. The product isn't actually bad either, but it is a cheap imitation of better social trading models...

Cons

Management is all ego and no skill. Naga is a turnstile, nobody wants to stay (and people are fired left and right for no real reason.

NAGA’s churn rate is sky-high. Management don’t want your input or ideas — any criticism is taken personally and there is zero room for growth. People were fired for petty reasons (one person complained about the size of her desk…).
