Pros

- The product suite is truly innovative and bringing something genuinely new and exciting to the FMCG world - Excellent training programme giving you the time and space to learn the ropes. This is incredibly helpful in setting people up for success given how different the product is to anything else on the market - The leadership team are passionate about their people, seeing the company grow in a sustainable way and making a difference in the market research world Overall, I'm excited to be here and see how things develop in time

Cons

Nothing major concerns so far

Pros

This company is a big time liar. The new hired management is hiring and firing employee. Not at all recommending to work at such a place to have a bad impression on your CV. The performance matters but even after good performance people were removed during Covid times.

Cons

Few management and all the other managers do not know how to speak in English. They are worst with behaving with employees. If you are their favorites they will give you a salary hike or otherwise they will remove you from the company.

Horrible Company with no ethics and a Hire and Fire policy

Pros

Video research is very cool and it was interesting to learn and watch videos

Cons

Hire and fire policy is nuts. They keep having to hire people every couple weeks. Work timings are nuts. People are forced and given impossible targets to manage everyday. Top management thinks too much of themselves and pretend everything is good on team meeting calls but there is no learning and development here. You either know the work in a couple days or you're out. Top management is also known to lie to employees and promise things but never deliver. Would not recommend joining this company. People are encouraged to stay late until 2-3 am everyday to be seen as good employees who are hardworking. The US team does not care about the crazy workload we have. This is an outsourcing job that was not clarified at the time of the interview.
