Decent bonus but when you factor in amount of your time given for free they probably still owe you
Cons
Total arrogant company who behave like a jilted lover when you have the audacity to leave. You will be faced with an endless supply of draining meetings where higher management with talk about how well the company is doing financially, but you will see nothing of that nor will the invest in getting more staff. You will constantly pick up slack for lazy people, whilst they will have cruise you will be tearing your hair out. In NTI if you have a friend in management you will go far, regardless if you do a full days work or not. Really toxic and terrible place to work.
