      Great offices, Cool perks, high salaries

      Cons

      Management is mediocre and that’s an understatement, no career opportunities unless you’re friends with the right people, unprofessional people get promoted while the good ones leave. HR are obsessed with PR - forcing people to write positive reviews here

      - Friendly People - Competitive Salary if you Deliver - Good place to learn

      Cons

      - The company has no product (they just do digital marketing arbitrage) - Constant Dissonance between what they communicate to the outside from what is expected from employees - A lot of meetings, a lot of inner politics, a lot of ego from senior management.

      Fake it till you make it kinda culture

      Pros

      Diversity of people, Fast pace, Nice work environment. The company try to make you feel happy.

      Cons

      The company has a "fake it till you make it" kind of culture. Lots of management layers and politics. High turnover rate. Technology is celebrated, but is actually in lowest priority and the business model is ... well, just a notch above binary options in terms of ethics. The H in HR stands for Hell.
