      enjoy working with some really smart people doing cutting-edge work for fortune 500 companies with artificial intelligence and machine learning. Navikenz is a company that has its heart in the right place; it puts people first and shows genuine concern for their well-being. It places great emphasis on employee development and continuous learning. It is an equal opportunities employer and embraces diversity. It believes in doing what is best for the customer, and gives them solutions that meet their needs.

      Cons

      Navikenz came together during Covid times; so it's a fully remote working company so far. Even though the company has a great onboarding experience and we stay connected through interactions with mentors, buddies, and peers, and also have weekly sessions where we share knowledge and experiences, it would be great if we get to meet in person.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback and happy to know that you are enjoying the culture of learning, sharing and caring at Navikenz. Its a co create one so a round of applause to all Kenzians !! We are a completely virtual company at the moment however in near future we are planning to go for establishments in the cities having larger number of employees. The numbers are constantly increasing for Navikenz since it started and so will the desired and required infra. Lots of exciting times to come. Stay tuned !
