Pros
1. No issues in leaves even if we're working on client project 2. Managers act as mentor and almost all the employees have pretty welcoming nature that makes the working environment light and easy to work. 3. We can reach to CTO to CEO and anyone part of the organization very easily. 4. Work culture is very happening and full of energy which motivates us to do something more despite of our current job.
Cons
1. Some of the projects require the employee on their location. 2. A few projects here are the one that requires pretty extensive work.
