- Until we raise our next funding round, resources are tight. Many things we would like to invest in, but also need to be fiscally responsible for the short term. Thankfully, we are close to raising our next round and some short term sacrifices will open up to invest in areas needed.
- We are a completely remote company with coworkers distributed around the world. This is not a 9-5 job. Sometimes there will be calls in the evening, early morning, etc. As long as you set expectations on blocks of time you are not available for things like time with family, taking kids to school, etc. it's not a problem. However, don't expect to shut it down at 6pm and not have to think about work until the next day. At least 1-2X a week you may need to take a few calls before calling it a night.
- We are the little guy/girl right now in the Sales Tech space. There is a lot of work to get people to lean in give us a look. Not a lot of inbound lead flow so you have to be willing to hunt.
