Will listen to ideas and implement. Produces world class research which is truly valued by clients. Supportive network of colleagues. Very experienced in supporting remote working. Allows you to focus on what you need to get the job done. Great place to be an analyst and learn from some of the best.

Nothing to speak of and management would always listen if you felt anything required improvement

High quality product. Company treats people well - no big egos. Opportunities to learn new skills. Gives credit for work to the people who have actually done it. Management is accessible. Better than any other company i have worked at.
Cons
none that come to mind, except expect to work hard here. but the importance of your personal life is valued.
