      Pros

      The company is made up of lovely, smart people who try to do their best for the company. The development team in particular works well together as a team and has a low turnover rate.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Those at the very top of the company are not aligned and cause unnecessary issues for the wider business. The rest of the management team try hard but do not have enough experience to move the business ahead to where it needs to be.

      - Great product. Tech stack is getting more refined and the team work closely with customers to achieve the roadmap - Potential for promotion & growth in your role - many people have changed roles, been promoted internally - Great people - some of the nicest people I've worked with & all happy to go above and beyond for the company

      - Management style needs improving so there is one devined leader
