      Pros

      -Career growth. -Personal development and growth is encouraged and supported. -Amazing work colleagues within a highly skilled team and company (sales and marketing team top quality) -Sales and presenter training from Rick Isaac, different level, outstanding from start to my last day. -Despite other negative reviews I found the CEO to be approachable and receptive to feedback both positive and negative, nice guy outside of work too. -Excellent salary and bonuses (UK) -Recognised and rewarded when achieving your targets. -They take time to get to know you and your family. -Very supportive when needing time of for medical, personal or family related issues (as long as you don’t take advantage obviously) -Flexible work hours if you get your work done and hit your targets. -I traveled across the world with NPE when training and presenting some of the largest fitness expeditions. -They take their clients business to a different level of success. Best in the sector.

      Cons

      -Not for you if you can’t think on your toes and adapt quickly to change. -Late night meetings (however, these did eventually get moved when I was struggling to cope) you need to be on at least one late night meeting bi-weekly (10pm potential finish). -I worked at NPE for two years and always felt like my job was on the line due to the changes (that may well of been my thought process but still unsettling when you have a family).

      NPE really care about the staff - Clients and making the company the best it can be for all involved.

      Pros

      Great commitment to supporting ongoing learning and development of employees. Awesome and inspirational staff. Expect to work hard but with the freedom and flexibility to step up and own your metrics and KPI's. Great opportunities for progression if you put the work in and perform.

      Cons

      If you like the status quo and don't cope well with change, this is not the company for you.
