      L1 Support - Good pay & benefits but it costs in the long term

      Team itself is great, most of the engineers are great people, same for senior engineers in L2

      Cons

      Extremely stressful, too much work and not enough engineers on hand Very little organization in procedures and processes Little communication with management both direct and senior

      Pros

      CEO knows what to do. We are in the worlds of facebook, amazon, twitter and its all about data and NetApp seems to be catching up with things in the last 2-3 years

      Cons

      Various departments can get a bit organized. They should train all departments with product features. Some employees who arent in the Product dept, dont know NetApp products.
