The "Family Feel" that you referenced is incredibly important. It's relatively easy to accomplish at our current size, but as you mentioned, we do have big growth aspirations and we want to keep that environment at the forefront even after we've achieved those marks. You also referenced our growth goals in Europe and that continues to be crucial to our success. We believe with some of our personnel additions and our product enhancements that this year is going to be a huge breakthrough for NetBrain across the globe.
