Pros
There used to be free yogurt and free fruits with every dinner, but for now I guess everyone else is quite satisfied with just free meals.
Cons
BURN-OUT CRUNCHES! We have 996, 9117 here all year around. By 996, the boss means that you should stay in the company AT LEAST from 9am-9pm, 6 days a week. And, of course, with no promotion, no subsidy, no compensatory holiday, no late-night taxi fee, no everything. Just smile, because you're "voluntarily" working overtime. There is no official record of your clock-out time, but your boss will "kindly" remind you that everyone else in your studio leave later than you, and he will be "very disappointed" even if you just spend all of your righteous annual leaves.
