For the Analytics Department: Management is laser-focused on hours worked and questions anyone working less than 50 hours/wk. "Top" performers average 55-60+. Bonuses are tied to how much you work after hours and weekends (and during PTO). There is very little trust, and management has only begrudgingly allowed analysts minimal work-from-home options. You must record your hours and work in excruciating detail, so it can be scrutinized by your manager. Expect to have a pay CUT every year, as cost-of-living adjustments are always below CPI.
