Pros

For me, Netatmo is a truely great place to work at; It's a company with a multicultural and very friendly working environment, respecting the individuality of each employee. The timings are flexible (in the reasonable range of course); there is no dress code (after wearing uniforms for more than 12 years, seeing colleagues in flipflops was really cool!). The office is well lit, has air conditioning and is... placed in a nice location next to a park, surrounded by plenty little restaurants. There are many activities organised by the company which can be done during the lunch breaks, such as sports, choir, pool etc. The company lends to employees (for free) the bikes and electrical scooters. What I love about Netatmo is the lack of "hierarchy attitude" or strict chain of commands, which I have experienced in many of my previous companies. All colleagues are approachable and ready to help. And last (but not least for a coffee addict like me :) there is a free flow of coffeeeeeee
