Pros
Great people, extremely talented, and very nice to work with. R&D teams are passionate about their jobs and are very skilled.
Cons
Very low budgets. We were being asked to do more with less. No motivation for employees, very low packages, and no incentive to thank us for our hard work. We also felt the impact of the acquisition by Legrand. A lot of politics came in, working with Legrand's team who are not good or hard working. Processes and decision-making were taking a lot of time.
