Company provides a lot of different ways to grow and shine. Company culture is like a startup inside enterprise. Almost no closed doors, so that you can approach preople in the middle and top management if you have what to say.
Cons
Startup culture leads to dublicates in functions. Of instance, It's "ok" to have three differenent structures, responsible for the customer infrastructure design and maintenence, which compete each other.
