The above reviews rating 4-5 stars are done by the upper management of the company itself. Beware of such traps! I was working as a software engineer in Neterson Technologies. The company is only good for freshers, but hopeless for experienced candidates. Let me list down some pros and cons about this company: Pros: 1. Good amount of learning. 2. Saturday and Sunday leaves.

Now let me come down to cons which makes the pros negligible. 1. There is no procedure for anything which begins from software development to employees welfare. The software development is done based on words spoken by upper management and not as per the documents. Oops, there are no such thing as documents here. 2. The upper management have zero management skills. There is a huge politics involved among them.They play excellent role from transferring the blame from them to the employees working under them. Each one of them is too good in lying and boot licking each other for appraisals. These people have been making fool out of the owner who has no knowledge about software. This company can run way better without this management team. There is absolutely no professionalism and etiquette among few upper management like COO. He believes in shouting the employees in-front of everyone irrespective of any age. You know people won't reply back in fear of getting kicked out. Do you think employees are your personal assistant? Keep your arrogance to your foot! 3. There is no value for employee's personal life. The management is only involved in making their employees work like a slave -24/7. This is one of the companies which believes that the amount of time you be in office should be greater than your quality of work. The more you sit, better the appraisals! 4. Network team is a joke in this company. The network team has lot of leisure time in their life. They come to the company to get free salary in exchange of zero effort. Do you have something called self respect? 4. There are absolutely no benefits for common employees. Forget about annual parties and stuff! 5. The HR of the company has nil knowledge on any of the HR processes. The employees need to remind frequently to get their work done. How come they even call themselves as experienced? When argued for some valid reason, they threaten the employee for giving bad review. There is absolutely no deadline for appraisals. It will happen whenever they feel so. 6. No job security! You may kicked get kicked any time. They won't give even a single thought about your contribution for the company. There are many employees who have been kicked out due to politics or compatibility issues. So kindly give a thought before joining!
