Pros

Well if you want to enter the world of Digital Marketing, this place is a good option to start with. Because atleast you'll learn the basics & will gain confidence gradually through self learning. But if you have experience, I guess there are better options in the Nasik Market!

Cons

- Toxic Environment to work - Huge amount of partiality in behavior - Salary is never on time - Instable financial position of the company - No proper strategies to carry work - Do not depend on trainings provided to you. Best method to survive is self training. - They were left with only few processes in hand (2017) & no scope of getting fresh business. - Management will ask your opinions (no doubt) but will never act on it. - Stupid HR management (as rules change within no time as per their convenience) - You will be compelled to wait even after the working hours; else the HR & higher management will screw your happiness. - Hardly 50 Minutes of Lunch & Tea break (in total) you can avail in the working hours! - Compell you to submit original Academic Documents for a year under the name of Security. Trust me guys dont do that! It's Illegal & you will be stuck with them for a year! - Story doesn't end even if you exit! You will cry for your full & final settlement as it took me over 5 months to get everything cleared & I chased them like hell! Also it will be demonstrated as a huge favor even if they return your original documents. - The latest updates of December 2018 tells me that there were no improvements done & the company runs with same old fasion & now the position has worsened.

Pros

Only Pro is they have Weekend off

Cons

The company’s leave policies are heavily one-sided and designed to benefit only the organisation, not the employees. Micromanagement happens at every level, making it difficult to work with independence or trust. Mid-management functions more like surveillance for top leadership than as actual leaders. Office politics is prioritised over employee wellbeing or performance. Despite promoting “team-building activities,” employees are discouraged from interacting freely with colleagues, which creates an uncomfortable and restrictive environment. The overall culture feels disrespectful. New employees or those who are not in the CFO’s inner circle face strict rules, while favourites receive relaxations even when they don’t follow the same policies. Many sales team members have left due to unrealistic targets, lack of proper support, and internal politics driven by leadership. It’s a highly demotivating and toxic environment that desperately needs a fresh, skilled management team to bring professionalism, fairness, and a healthy work culture. The current leadership behaves as if the workplace is their personal space, and employees often feel mistreated or undervalued.

Pros

Salay processed on every 7th.

Cons

I joined in the sales team, and within the first week, they started showing their true faces. The HR team (Mansi and Mitali) are extremely immature and childish, which makes the work environment very uncomfortable. There’s micromanagement and favouritism happening every day. After joining, they force candidates to sign a so-called “Handbook”, which honestly feels like a trap. I call it a “Death Book” — a set of strict rules that tie you down so you can’t leave easily. They don’t allow mobile phones, mark LOP (Loss of Pay) for silly reasons, and follow unrealistic and strict policies. This makes it mentally exhausting to work there. No one in management helps, they just act like puppets. You’ll be shocked to see salary hikes as low as 3–5%, and the leave policies are terrible. If you’re thinking you’ll get good learning or growth, you’re wrong. It’s better to be unemployed than work here. Also, don’t relocate for this job. Think a thousand times before joining. P.S. All positive feedbacks of SDMs and others are from puppets of management.
