Such a great company with such poor management

Pros

Great idea, cool dev team, friendly co-workers, good location.

Cons

Management has no idea what to do with company and cash (that is running extremely low). Changing plans / strategy every few months. There are approx 30 people in the company and almost all have VP, Senior Manager titles - what a joke. Company that has no future.

- Great location - Handful of talented individuals who cares for team and not out for themselves - Chill workplace - Potential to be leaders

Cons

- Poor executive team who lack clear vision and entrusting the wrong people - Low morale caused by layoffs. Everyone is on chopping block, even if you work your behind off. Deflates employee motivation to go the extra mile - Shift in focus happening to often. That means exec team don't know what they are doing - Sub par employee benefits

Pros

Relaxed 9-5 work environment, great office space, and a fun culture. The staff are high caliber and committed to the mission. The company is a leader in the fitness space and is poised to dominate the market. Lots of fitness related activities weekly like yoga, spin, and boot camps!

Cons

Executive leaders focused more on empire building and politics than how to lead a company to success. A culture that favors terminating people over coaching and developing talent. Extremely slow delivery by the offshore team that has brought sales and partner integrations to a complete standstill.
