The structure of the company keeps changing and it can be confusing to understand the internal roles.

Co-workers are incredibly friendly and easy going.

Cons

Salary is incredibly low (they like to live off interns as long as possible) and they are incredibly reluctant to improve conditions even in the slightest. Lots of people are overworked and underpaid and there are few opportunities to progress. Some managers blatantly pick favourites and diffuse responsibility. Office is far from the city centre.

Nice people. Pleasant place to work. Data driven company. Perfect company size (about 300 employees in 2018), not a startup nor a corporation.

Cons

Sometimes it looks like the company doesn't want to spend money for its employees (for example to organize events, team building activities, food, etc).
