      Good Company- Hard to Sell

      Pros

      Leadership is fair and sharp. Team is also great! I enjoyed working for Netrality and their culture was nice.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, their product pricing is out of whack. Only ISP's will buy their colo. Its extremely difficult to hit quota unless you have a major ISP account.

      If you are new to the data center industry could be helpful.

      Cons

      Horrible sale organization, paperwork, management, etc. Bad culture. All the sales staff left in 2019.

      Company gets everyone lunch once in a while Yearly bonus Great learning opportunity

      Cons

      Management and highly promoted people are all friends Toxic work environment at every level except for the people who actually just come to do their job Unpaid on-call breaks while training for months No room for feedback since everyone in management is friends
