We appreciate and encourage employees (current and former) to take time to write a review or comment on how we are doing as an organization. Feedback is extremely helpful to us as we continue to strive for a great work-life balance for all of our employees. Our goal is to keep the learning culture of the company alive and well as we grow and move forward. Change can be a difficult affect of growth and when decisions are made, we take into account what would be in the best interest of our staff and the business. I encourage you to bring any questions or concerns you have to your manager or HR. The companies open-door policy aides in getting those questions or concerns answered or addressed. Thank you again for your feedback as we strive for positive experiences for our work family.

Selling out to a Big Corporation - Worst Idea Ever!

Pros

Only one pro working at this company. It used to be VendorSafe Technologies where employees were appreciated and treated with respect. Where they were taught on a daily basis and always given the opportunity to thrive.

Cons

Once the company was sold to a large corporation they morale went on a dangerous downhill slide. Nobody felt as if they were cared about anymore, we pushed our support team out the door that was taking all the mundane support calls, and have now moved some things to overseas support.

We appreciate it when former employees take time to write a review. We’re sorry that your experience during and after the acquisition wasn’t a positive one. We take the concerns and feedback of all employees (present and former) very seriously. Our goal was and is to keep the familial and learning culture of the company alive and well as we move forward. Change can be difficult for people, and comes with new management and growth. When decisions are made, we take into account what would be in the best interest of our staff and the business. If employees ever have questions about what is going on within the department of the company as a whole, we have an open-door policy to speak with department heads and HR, to get some of those questions or concerns answered or addressed. Thank you for your feedback as we strive for positive experiences for our team. Best of luck to you in your current or next position.
