      Pros

      They care about employees, during the coronavirus furloughed employees instead of laying them off so they can keep their health insurance. I felt cared for and heard.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so during the coronavirus it can be tough, but they keep everyone informed in monthly all-hands meetings.
