Low pay, high turnover, micromanaged work environment, and attendance policy. This company is Boston-based and there is a lack of proper training and resources allocated for their Chicago-based sleep labs they manage which are part of Cook County hospitals. They neglect to inform new employees that they don't offer dental and vision benefits and their premiums for health insurance are horrible.
