      Pros

      Nevaeh mostly deals with government tech support and man power deployment based project. So employees has a vast sector to contribute his individual knowledge and expertise. Nevaeh has own windows based digitization software product for a new learner a huge learning opportunity is there.Also they provide a handsome salary ,two times appraisal,hike,TA and provide full support of accommodation while outstation tour.No need to produce any travel/accommodation bill.Employee can claim as much as they wish . In software development some of the great peoples are there.From Junior to Seniors every people having a ocean of technical knowledge .Software head and lead of this company are like god of technology.They are extremely knowledgeable and professional to deliver their product.

      No such cons.Join here your life will be change ,An ISO company Head office in US,Development centre in Rajarhat Newtown.You can learn all technology from here from php to jsp,from asp to gwt,from mobile apps to mobile repairing everything will be your control.Work pressure is little high this time as so many live project and product are developing

      Nevaeh is an organisation with two-faced management openly supporting favoritism and even nepotism. They know best how to extract the most of an employee's skill with minimum investment. Employees are free to spend their time watching youtube movies or playing COC. In fact, Nevaeh is just like a school where the headmasters just allow the kids to play in front of his eyes until its exam time and get the work done. The management has a filter on its eyes and only gives examples of employees from the market who have given their everything to the company but is blind to the benefits that those same companies provide their employees. Sadly they do not even have the guts to look at your eye and debate with you because they know they are just dictators.

      Experienced and Freshers can work together. No office politics. Management is very cooperative and helpful but professional too. Salary structure is better. Having PF, ESI, Insurance for employees and family too, has bonus etc. Yearly "BEST EMPLOYEE AWARD". Administration is strong but very friendly. Work culture is very good. The freshers have an opportunity to learn and work. Seniors too are very helpful. HR is well advanced. Salary of employees are in time. Potential issues are identified before they become real problems. Employees feel comfortable coming to leadership with new concepts. Individuals are motivated to share ideas that might improve the organization. and many more.....

      Cons

      There is some lack of discipline in some employees.
