The job itself was very rewarding when you were able to apply yourself properly and change lives.
Cons
Caseloads are extremely high, totally unmanageable and there is an expectation to go above and beyond your role and work outside of allocated hours to get the job done. Huge culture at the organisation that it is almost expected that you work on out of hours to meet the excessive workload. Similar jobs in other organisations pay significantly more.
