Pros

The tech is great and interesting, with lots of development going on, including lots of new tech, opportunity to make an impact. The people are really fun and a pleasure to be around, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of socializing. Nobody, not one person, has left the tech team in the last 3 years, I think that says it all about how great this is. Great office, great location, Nexmo (at least in London) is excellent.

Cons

Outside of the UK teams, I see more staff turnover. I don't really know why, the culture isn't intended to be different elsewhere, maybe it all just works with all the right people in London but not yet elsewhere. I guess that needs working on. The brand also needs working on.

Pros

-Smart, Friendly, hardworking people - Great internal tools and tech - Openness, transparency. Freedom of speech. - Friendly management, can openly talk to managers, CEO, CTO as they are very encouraging and open to new ideas or feedbacks.

Cons

Company is growing so need more people as workload seems a bit high.

Great founders team Talented and Passionate employees Fun, transparent work culture and nice offices Ping Pong table Truly Global Fast Paced and high growth company Genuinely customer focused Makes people feel valuable, encourages mistakes and provides opportunity to bring the best in you.

Cons

Given some great products and customer names Nexmo has, brand needs more global recognition. Needs to be faster in grabbing opportunities in few markets Some startup growth problems which seems normal given the company has grown over 10 times in all aspects (customers, revenues, employees) in just 3 years.
