      Pros

      Not a single one. They don't help new hires acclimate at all.

      Cons

      The onboarding process is drawn out. There is no support from corporate at all. Customers get no support even though they promise a lot

      Pros

      I think the leadership at nexogy has good intention, but the unwillingness to listen to input from the managers and the team that they put in place is there down fall

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no HR department and very little customer support. Nexogy close both the Orlando Fl, and Tampa Bay FL with out warning.
