Other than getting unlimited PTO, and hiring people that can ban together for mistreatment there are no positives to this company.
Cons
Senior leadership treats associate employees with no respect. I was told that I would get training and be able to grow my career quick within the company. None of that happened. I basically got a desk where I was asked to make calls to Health Plan headquarters to see if I could get anyone of "importance" on the line. No strategy and no roadmap for success.
I was also ask many times to make coffee or run an errand when it was not apart of my job.
Decent pay but doesn’t make up for what you have to deal with to get it —I wasn’t in sales but i saw the team get screwed out of commissions constantly
Cons
Nightmare CEO. No trust from leadership. I get a startup needing to pivot/adjust to market needs, but this place has no sense of order or direction —it’s a constant mess and individual contributors are usually blamed. Awful office environment and because there is no trust everyone is out for themselves/thinks others are out to get them. Worst job I’ve ever had. Do not trust HR.
